How Our Process Works:

1. Consultation/Inspiration Stage: We’ll begin by gathering inspiration for your brand. We’ll discuss your business and your vision during a 15-minute consultation (via link) or through email. You’ll also receive a brand questionnaire to help guide the creative process.

2. Brand Creation: Based on the information and inspiration you provide, we’ll craft a custom brand identity package just for you. Once complete, we’ll send it over for your review.

3. Edits & Completed Brand: You’ll have the opportunity to review your brand and make up to two rounds of revisions. Your custom brand will be ready within 2 weeks or less from the date of your order. Timing depends on your prompt responses.

Please note that this is a digital design service, and no physical items will be shipped. You will receive full rights to use the approved and finalized logos as you see fit. Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the design process has begun.
