Here's how our process works to create a custom logo that meets your needs.

1. Consultation/Inspiration Stage:

In this stage, we begin the creative process by finding inspiration. We'll communicate via email to discuss your business and the look and feel you want your logo to exude. You'll also receive a brand questionnaire to help guide us in the design process.

2. Logo Creation:

With the information and inspiration you provide, we'll create a custom logo. Once complete, we'll send it over for your review.

3. Edits & Completed Logo:

We want your logo to be exactly what you've always wanted, so you'll have the opportunity to review and make up to two rounds of revisions. We'll have your custom logo ready in within 1 week or less from the date of your order. Please note that timing depends on your ability to respond promptly.

You'll receive the following file formats for your logo(s):

PNG (Transparent background)

PDF

When purchasing our digital files, please keep in mind that there will be no physical item shipped to you. You will have full rights to use the approved and finalized logo(s) as you see fit. However, due to the customizable nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds, returns, or exchanges once the design process has commenced.
